Convenient Fee Refund Policy:

For Self-Paced Learning: Money back guarantee is void once the course content or the E-Book is dispatched
For Instructor Led Online Training: Please raise refund request within 1 day of commencement of the batch you have enrolled for. However, in case user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money back guarantee will be void

Cancellation & Refunds Of Classroom Training:

The ExpertRise, holds all the right to postpone/cancel the scheduled training, or change the training venue because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or other major events (like unexpected lockdowns, floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

In case The ExpertRise cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the trainee
If a cancellation is done by thetrainee in 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted
When you click on “Initiate Refund”, it will check the eligibility criteria of the quantity of product is one or more
In case the product quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team for exceptional help on your query
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the trainee will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 10 working days post intimation
